Our History
We launched Telemetry Insight Inc. in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2022. Our mission is to make energy infrastructure smarter, safer, and more efficient. And our vision is to be a leader in intelligent data management for the energy industry.
Telemetry Insight was founded by Randy Krall, a serial entrepreneur who has started and led companies in the energy, oil and gas, sleep sciences, and medical device industries. With a background in engineering, his fascination with data has informed our trajectory. Along the way, he has had the pleasure of working with some very talented people who he has recruited to bring the company’s vision to fruition.

Q4 2022: after a closing of pre-seed funding, Telemetry Insight's team of seasoned engineers began focusing on fielding innovative technology in the upstream space

Q1 2023: engineering team hardened our IoT device "WellTempo" expanding offerings and reporting capabilities to customers with promising results; remote sale/ installation now routine

Q2 2023: released new dashboard, daily reports, and cloud platform; production-scale build began; and data analytics began: putting energy data to work!

This advanced functionality empowers operators to automatically prevent fluid pound, extend equipment life, reduce downtime, and optimize artificial lift performance through real-time data and intelligent automation.
